Having called the Puget Sound “home” my whole life, I have great familiarity with many of the different cities in King County and southern Snohomish County. Popular cities such as Seattle, Issaquah, Bellevue, and Kirkland area places for which I have personally lived after graduating from the University of Washington over 20 years ago. My clientele have included not only native Seattleites, but also transplants from Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Orlando, and also across the ocean from China. I spent over a decade at a world-class organization with a 5-star client service reputation - leading multiple teams and handling various stressful situations while maintaining a consistently elite level of client service to companies whose responsibilities to the public were visible and at times high profile. Tight timelines, unexpected issues, and last minute changes require a take-charge attitude with a keen sense of situational awareness. The ability to balance challenges while managing client expectations is a skill I have worked on and refined for the better of 20 years and pride myself in the ability to continue to serve my clients in this capacity today.
